Immediately following the ceremony, would you like some time to meet and greet your guests?

If yes, I would recommend about fifteen minutes. This is a good amount of time to mingle before moving ahead to post-ceremony formal photographs.

Do you plan on doing formal group photographs following the ceremony (and meet and greet)?

In order to make these photographs go as smooth as possible, I would appreciate your help in selecting your formal groups. Please provide me with a list of the groups (including names). It is also helpful to designate a close family member who knows names and faces to help gather folks. Please estimate an average of two minutes per group photo. It is important that everyone who is participating in these photos be ready to begin at the stated time. In order to not waste time searching for missing individuals, please communicate this to all those that you like to participate.

Please note: I will need to eat on the wedding day. I would prefer to be served as close as possible (time wise) to your meals. That way I will be eating when you are eating and will be able to take photographs when you’re back up to mingle and dance.
