Island vibes—Vancouver Island

After recently acquiring a new vehicle, my wife and I decided to test it out by camping for a week on Vancouver Island. What an amazing place to explore backroads and shorelines. I can’t wait to get back.

Harrison Lake, BC

Harrison Lake, a relatively close drive from home, has so much to offer. With diverse nature, beautiful scenery and enough dirt roads to satisfy any adventurous soul, it is definitely a gem of BC. For all those reasons and more, I was thrilled when Andrea and Connor suggested a Harrison Lake outing for their engagement photoshoot.

After jumping into a fully decked out Toyota Tacoma we headed out to the stunning backroads of Harrison Lake. With a photoshoot done and some technical difficulties, (giant rocks and slippery mud) we were graciously saved by a group of kind, off-roading souls. Thanks to all who made this a Sunday to remember! Congratulations Andrea and Connor!
